Cloud 9 is the Ninth Floor’s private cigar lounge, created for members who appreciate premium cigars, exceptional spirits, and a more intimate, refined setting.
Cloud 9 offers exclusive lounge access, optional personal cigar lockers, and a relaxed atmosphere designed for conversation, connection, and comfort. It is an enhanced membership option, not a separate club, for those seeking a more elevated experience.
Whether unwinding after a long day or hosting guests, Cloud 9 is where membership reaches its highest level.
- Access: Available as an add-on for active Ninth Floor members.
- Cost: $25 per month, with a limited number of personal cigar lockers offered as yearly rentals.

Benefits & Information
The Petroleum Room
The Petroleum Room offers members a private and relaxed dining experience, away from the hustle and bustle of fast-paced, high-turnover restaurants. It also serves as a dedicated space for members even when the club is hosting other private events.
Access:
• Members-only dining room.
Hours:
• Friday & Saturday evenings | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Kitchen closes at 9:00 PM.
• Open during regular lunch hours.
Reservations:
• Lunch — Not required unless dining with a large group; checking seating availability is recommended.
• Evenings — Reservations may be made through the website, by text, or by phone.
Events & Activities Throughout the Year
• Interactive dinners, live music, brunches, trivia nights, cigar events, spirit, beer, whiskey, and wine tastings—and so much more—are offered throughout the year.
• Members receive access to exclusive events as well as preferred member pricing on applicable public events.
Entertainment Partnerships
• Music Theatre Wichita — Complimentary ticket opportunities for select productions.
• Roxy’s Downtown — Complimentary ticket opportunities for select productions.
• Wichita Symphony — Complimentary ticket opportunities for select concerts.
• Wichita Wind Surge — Complimentary General Admission tickets and access to select Club or Suite Nights.
• Wichita Thunder — Complimentary General Admission tickets and access to select Suite Nights.
• Ticket availability is limited and offered in accordance with each partnership’s allotment and reservation requirements.
Private Event Benefits
• Weekdays | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — House A/V fees are waived for member events.
• Discounted facility fees are available for member events held during evenings and weekends.
• Members may also receive discounts on private dining rooms, banquet space, and other event areas, subject to availability and event requirements.
Office in the Sky
• Personal weekday workspace in the Sky View area | Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wi-Fi and complimentary coffee and tea are included. Energy drinks and cocktails are available for purchase.
• Private work areas and meeting rooms are available upon request. Please call ahead to reserve.
Lunch Service
• Monday — Closed
• Tuesday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Food To Go and general dining are available.
• Private meeting rooms are available at no charge during lunch hours, accommodating groups from 2 – 200 guests, subject to availability.
Coffee & Pastries in the Sky View
• Tuesday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Join us in the Sky View area for a relaxing morning with fresh pastries and coffee. Whether you’re starting your workday, hosting a morning business meeting with a client, or simply enjoying a quiet morning, it’s the perfect way to ease into your day with a great view and even better company. No reservation needed — just drop in!
Don’t Worry, Be Happy Hour
• Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Relationship-building and “wine” down time! Guests are welcome to attend with a member. Guest drinks can be added to your monthly statement or paid for at the bar.
Reciprocal Clubs
• Access a network of prestigious reciprocal clubs throughout the country.
• View the current list on our Reciprocal Clubs page and submit the request form at least 72 hours before your visit to receive a Letter of Introduction.
Local Hotel Privileges
• Members may receive preferred rates at select participating hotels in the Wichita area.
• Preferred rates apply only to participating local properties and do not necessarily extend to other locations within the hotel’s larger brand or chain.
• Contact us for more information on our participating partners.
