Membership Application

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Ninth Floor Club + Venue.

Your referral through one of our Ambassadors makes you eligible for a discounted initiation fee — an exclusive benefit reserved for those who are personally referred.

Business Membership

• Includes access for up to three designated signers for $180 per month.
• Standard one-time $500 initiation fee (discounted by 50% with referral).
• Additional signers may be added for $60 per month per person.

Cloud 9 Access (Optional)

• Add Cloud 9 — The Ninth Floor’s private cigar bar & lounge for $25 per month per associate.
• A Yes/No option will be provided for each signer.
• Access may also be added in the future if preferred.
• Note: Cloud 9 access is billed to the business account as a single combined charge. The business is responsible for allocating costs to associates as needed.

Communication & Next Steps

• The membership welcome email and onboarding information will be sent to the Authorized Agent’s email address.
• This includes instructions for setting up Auto Pay via ACH or credit card.
• We encourage all signers to provide a cell phone number for event-related text confirmations.
