About the Ninth Floor
The Ninth Floor Club + Venue is a private, members-only club offering exclusive dining, social events, and networking opportunities in the heart of downtown Wichita. While access to the club is reserved for members, the venue is available to the public for private event rentals — including weddings, receptions, corporate functions, and more.
Yes! Prospective members are invited to experience the club through our “Member for a Day” program. This allows you to explore the space, sample our dining and hospitality, and get a true feel for what membership offers — all with no obligation.
While the Ninth Floor Club is a private membership club, there are several ways for non-members to experience what we offer.
Members are welcome to invite guests to dine with them, and select events throughout the year are open to the public or available through our Member for a Day program.
Non-members are also welcome to rent our venue for a wide variety of private events. From business meetings, conferences, and corporate gatherings to weddings, receptions, celebrations, and other special occasions, our downtown venue provides a unique setting with exceptional service and catering.

Parking Details:
Guests can park in the garage located just north of Douglas on the west side of Broadway. Use the covered pedestrian bridge on the garage’s 3rd floor to enter the main building, then follow the signs to the elevators, which take you directly to the Ninth Floor.
Before 5:00 PM: Take a ticket upon entering and bring it inside for validation. Avoid parking in reserved spaces.
After 5:00 PM & Weekends: Guests may park in any space, including those marked “Reserved.”
Loading/Deliveries: Use the freight elevator on the building’s north side. Please call ahead to notify security.
Membership
Membership at the Ninth Floor Club is designed to enhance both your personal and professional life. Members enjoy exclusive access to The Petroleum Room for elevated dining, Cloud 9 for casual gatherings, cocktails, and social events, along with a full calendar of member-exclusive experiences throughout the year.
Members also receive priority access to many of our signature events, exclusive ticket opportunities for local performances and sporting events, the ability to host family, friends, clients, and colleagues, and preferred pricing on many club activities. Whether you’re meeting clients over lunch, enjoying dinner with friends, attending a wine dinner, or taking advantage of our partnerships throughout Wichita, your membership provides year-round value.
There are no food or beverage minimums, and Individual Membership includes your spouse or partner at no additional cost. Business and Nonprofit Memberships offer additional flexibility through designated representatives, making it easy to entertain clients, reward employees, and build valuable business relationships.

Membership Billing Information:
At The Ninth Floor Club + Venue, our membership dues are billed monthly, but always for the prior month. For example, you will receive your statement shortly after the first of April, and that will reflect your March dues. This means every month’s statement covers the membership period that just ended.

Yes. As a member of The Ninth Floor, you have access to a growing list of reciprocal clubs across the country. If you’re planning to travel, please contact our team at least 72 hours in advance for a letter of introduction and the most current list of partner clubs.
Dining & Events
The Ninth Floor Club + Venue is ideal for a wide range of events, including weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, business meetings, retirement parties, fundraisers, holiday celebrations, and more. Our experienced staff and flexible space can accommodate both intimate gatherings and large-scale functions.

For larger parties (10+) or special requests, we ask that you call ahead.
Policies & Dress Code
While The Ninth Floor maintains a relaxed and welcoming environment, we encourage business casual or upscale attire for most dining and evening events. Event-specific dress codes (e.g., cocktail, formal, theme) may apply and will be noted in invitations or announcements. We ask all guests to respect the tone of the occasion.
Members are welcome to bring guests to the club. Guests do not need to arrive with the member but should be able to provide the name of the member they are attending with. Guests are expected to follow club etiquette. We ask that members make a reservation or call in advance when bringing guests, especially for larger parties or repeat visits.
Club access for children varies depending on the event and setting. If you have specific questions about bringing children to a particular event or dining experience, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to clarify.
