Parking Made Easy

At The Ninth Floor Club, we understand that downtown parking can be a hassle — but we’ve made it simple for you and your guests. Parking is available in the garage just north of Douglas, on the west side of Broadway. From the 3rd floor of the garage, a covered pedestrian bridge offers direct access into our building.

To help make your arrival even easier, you’ll find parking directions and a quick walkthrough video below.

While street parking is available, we recommend using the garage for the most convenient and weather-protected access. Please note that garage rates may vary during daytime hours — see below for current pricing.

Hours & Directions

As you go up the ramp – you will push the button to raise the gate. Bring your ticket into The Club for us to validate and reduce your parking rate. Please do not park in reserved spaces.

5:00 PM and after you may park anywhere in the garage including the reserved spaces.

Bringing Supplies, Decorations, or Equipment? The loading dock is located on the north side of the building and provides access to a freight elevator. Please contact us ahead of time so we can notify security on your behalf.
