Membership Approval & Welcome Information

  • Once your membership has been finalized, you’ll receive a welcome text and email with important details, including your new member information and next steps.

Billing Information

  • Any applicable recurring dues will appear on your first club statement. Automatic withdrawal forms for ACH or credit card payments can be downloaded at the bottom of this page and will also be included in your New Member Welcome Letter.

Payment Setup

To complete the activation of your membership, we do require a form of automatic payment for monthly dues. Members may choose between ACH bank draft or a credit/debit card for recurring billing.

Please complete one of the billing authorization forms below and return it to our administrative team at your earliest convenience. Once received, your membership setup can be finalized and activated.
