Parking Details:
Guests can park in the garage located just north of Douglas on the west side of Broadway. Use the covered pedestrian bridge on the garage’s 3rd floor to enter the main building, then follow the signs to the elevators, which take you directly to the Ninth Floor.
Before 5:00 PM: Take a ticket upon entering and bring it inside for validation. Avoid parking in reserved spaces.
After 5:00 PM & Weekends: Guests may park in any space, including those marked “Reserved.”
Loading/Deliveries: Use the freight elevator on the building’s north side. Please call ahead to notify security.
Members enjoy access to our exclusive club-level dining in The Petroleum Room, priority invitations to private events and social gatherings, and the ability to bring guests. There are no food or beverage minimums, and membership includes your spouse or partner. Business members and nonprofits receive additional flexibility, including designated representatives and access to networking opportunities. Yes. As a member of The Ninth Floor, you have access to a growing list of reciprocal clubs across the country. If you’re planning to travel, please contact our team at least 48 hours in advance for a letter of introduction and the most current list of partner clubs.
Yes! Prospective members are invited to experience the club through our “Member for a Day” program. This allows you to explore the space, sample our dining and hospitality, and get a true feel for what membership offers — all with no obligation.
Most club events are reserved for members and their invited guests. However, select events throughout the year may be open to the public.
We also allow non-members to host private events at the venue by submitting an event rental request.
The Ninth Floor Club + Venue is ideal for a wide range of events, including weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, business meetings, retirement parties, fundraisers, holiday celebrations, and more. Our experienced staff and flexible space can accommodate both intimate gatherings and large-scale functions.
Club access for children varies depending on the event and setting. If you have specific questions about bringing children to a particular event or dining experience, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to clarify.
Members are welcome to bring guests to the club. Guests do not need to arrive with the member but should be able to provide the name of the member they are attending with. Guests are expected to follow club etiquette. We ask that members make a reservation or call in advance when bringing guests, especially for larger parties or repeat visits.

For member dining in The Petroleum Room, visit our reservation page or text (316) 395-9220 with your preferred date and time. For ticketed or special events, use the RSVP links provided in emails or on the events calendar. For large parties or special requests, we recommend calling ahead.
While The Ninth Floor maintains a relaxed and welcoming environment, we encourage business casual or upscale attire for most dining and evening events. Event-specific dress codes (e.g., cocktail, formal, theme) may apply and will be noted in invitations or announcements. We ask all guests to respect the tone of the occasion.
