Membership Application

Dear Applicant,

An Individual Membership includes your spouse on the account and offers full access to the club for just $50 per month, with a one-time $300 initiation fee.

If your spouse would like to receive event invitations and confirmation messages directly, you’re welcome to provide their email and cell phone number. This is completely optional and only necessary if they’d like to receive direct communication from the club. You can unsubscribe at any time.

You may also choose to add Cloud 9 — The Ninth Floor’s private cigar bar & lounge to your membership for an additional $25 per month. A simple Yes/No selection will allow you to opt in, and Cloud 9 access can also be added in the future if you prefer.
