Korleone Young Luncheon
Thursday, April 23, 2026
Join us in Grandview for a special luncheon featuring Wichita native Korleone Young. Open to both members and non-members, this event offers the opportunity to hear from one of Wichita’s most accomplished basketball figures as he shares his journey from local standout to national recognition and international professional play.
Guests are invited to enjoy lunch beginning at 11:30 AM, with Korleone Young’s presentation starting at noon.
Korleone Young rose from Wichita courts to national prominence as Kansas’ only two-time Parade High School All-American. He went on to attend Hargrave Military Academy, where he was named National Prep School Player of the Year and earned a spot in the McDonald’s All-American Game.
Selected 40th overall in the 1998 NBA Draft, Young built a professional basketball career playing internationally in Australia, Russia, China, Italy, and Israel.
Today, he is the founder of the One and Done Elite Skills Training Foundation, where he mentors youth by teaching life skills through basketball. A Master Mason, Shriner, and proud husband, father, and grandfather, Korleone remains deeply committed to giving back to the Wichita community that helped shape his journey.
