Arrival Mint Juleps are included in the dinner price\, with a full bar and specialty cocktails available for purchase featuring traditional Kentucky Derby drinks made with Woodford Reserve\, Tito’s Vodka\, Four Roses Bourbon\, and Old Forester Bourbon. \nThe evening begins at 5:00 PM with arrival cocktails\, including a Woodford Reserve Mint Julep and an Albariño Mint Julep. \nAt 5:15 PM\, guests will enjoy passed and stationed appetizers during race time\, including fried green tomatoes with goat cheese and remoulade\, Hot Brown sliders with mornay sauce\, bourbon balls\, shrimp and grits\, and Benedictine finger sandwiches. \nThe main race begins at 5:57 PM. \nDinner service will begin around 6:20 PM with salad and bread service. Guests will be served a Strawberry Fields Salad with raspberry dressing. \nAdvance entrée selections will be collected for each guest. Entrée options include airline grilled chicken with beurre blanc\, herb crusted shoulder tender with rosemary butter\, or dry rubbed pork loin with peach bourbon glaze. \nAccompaniments will include four cheese polenta and tri-color roasted carrots. \nDessert will feature alternated servings between couples\, including Kentucky Derby Pie and Bourbon Bread Pudding.
